REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND DETAILS FOR FILLING APPLICATION

Eligibility Criteria of Supervisor and Related Regulations.

Any regular Professor of the University with minimum ten research publications in SCI/UGC care listed Journals and any regular Associate/Assistant Professor of the University/College with a Ph.D. degree and at least five research publications in SCI/UGC care listed Journals, may be recognized as Research Supervisor. Provided that in areas/disciplines where there is no or only a limited number of SCI/UGC care listed Journals, the Vice Chancellor in consultation with Directorate of Research may relax the above condition for recognition of a person as Research Supervisor with reasons recorded in writing. It is the responsibility of the applicant to read instructions and check his/ her eligibility at the time of filling application. We are not verifying the eligibility at the time of filling application.

Valid E-mail ID

• All the communication regarding status of the application will be done to the mobile no. and E-mail ID provided by the applicant in the form.

• Mobile number should be with the applicant at the time of filling for account OTP verification.

Scanned Signature (JPEG/JPG format, Maximum upload size is 50 KB only)

Teaching Experience Certificate in (PDF format, Maximum upload size is 1 MB only)

Photo Identity Proof

• Any one of the following for entering the Identity Proof number during filling application form:
• Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport.

Application Fee

• ₹ 1,000.00 for All candidates.

 INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE FORM

While filling the form, applicant can make the entries and save the information at each step.

If the applicant is unable to fill the form in one sitting or somehow the process is interrupted there is no need to register again. They can login using the credentials sent on their mobile or email and continue the remaining process.

Applicants are advised to check all the data they have filled before submitting the application fee. If there is some error they can update it or start the entire process again. Once they have paid the application fee the data filled in the registration page cannot be edited under any circumstances.

Applicants have to fill the relevant details in the form. These fields cannot be edited later.  Applicants will receive their login details in the mobile number and E-mail ID provided at the time of registration.

2. Step 2 : Ph. D. & Research Details.
   
   • Applicants provide his/her Ph. D. and Research Experience Details.
3. Step 3 : Paper Publication Details.
   • Applicants provide minimum 5 Paper published in Peered reviewed Journals.
4. Step 4 : Upload Documents.
   • Upload Scanned Photograph, Signature & Experience Certificate as per instructions given above.
5. Step 5 : Application Preview.
   • Preview your application and check all data filled by the candidate is correct or not. If not candidate candidate can edit his/her application.
6. Step 6 : Payment.
   • You can pay online Fee using Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking/UPI etc.
7. Step 7 : Print Application.
   • Print your application for your personal record. No need to send the hard copy of the form to the university.

DECLARATION STATEMENT

I have read Ph. D. Ordinance of MJP Rohilkhand University Bareilly regarding eligibility conditions and instructions regarding my approval for research supervisor of the university. I undertake that if any information filled by me is found to be incorrect, my application will be out rightly rejected without any further communication. I understand that merely doing registration for new supervisor does not guarantee my approval for the research supervisorship of the university. I also understand that communication regarding status of my application will be done through my E-mail and Phone number provided by me in the application form.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to read instructions and check his/ her eligibility at the time of filling application. The eligibility will be verified by the University at the time of finalizing the application for supervisorship.
