Research Interests and specialization:
h The main research thrust of our group is on the synthesis of environmentally benign hybrid
polymeric materials through greener route for various end use applications in the field of
medical science and treatment of waste water effluents.
h The modification methods of polymeric substances to make them more biological compatibility for the
drug delivery applications have great potential for researchers. Presently, our research team is pursuing
research to design low cost biodegradable plastic materials to provide a better substitute to the society for
the polyethene bags and having almost identical mechanical properties.
