Director's Message

M.J.P. Rohilkhand University offers various research programmes in different branches of Science, Engineering, Social Science and Management leading to award of Ph.D. degree. University intended to extends research programme in Agriculture, Ayurvedic and Pharmaceutical Sciences in very near future. Faculty members are actively involved in thrust area with available research infra-structural facilities in addition to teaching, consultancy and extension activities. Directorate of Research (DoR) is offering admission to Ph.D. programme round the year. In 2020-21 around 327 candidates are admitted for Ph.D. programme via full-time mode. Around 325 teaching staff/experts are recognised as research supervisors. In order to further enhance the research activities and to become a global competitor in research, University has decided to recognise additional Ph.D. supervisor/experts from leading institution of India and abroad also. Meritorious and talented youth with PG degree who qualify RET will be provided "Teaching Assistant Scholarship (TAS)" which is going to start soon.

Directorate of Research (DoR) was established in December 2020 to focus fully on e-Governance to accelerate the process of; online process for Ph.D. en-trance examination, application for Ph.D. admission, fees collection, submission of soft copy of synopsis and thesis, information / status of Ph.D. programme needed by research scholars/supervisors is being performed. To provide single window for timely disbursement of fellowship funded by national and state funding agency to students. The DoR will also support the faculties for smooth and timely execution and completion of research projects funded by various State/National/International funding agencies to them whenever needed.
