h Quantitative Techniques, International Business, Corporate Social Responsibility, Ethics,
Strategic Management
h Dr Mishra obtained his graduation degree in Science with Physics, Maths and Statistics. He then went on to
pursue M.Sc. (Statistics) and thereafter M.A. (Economics). He obtained his Ph.D. in Business Administration.
Throughout his education life he has been a meritorious student with a blend of logic and spiritual
temperament.
h In the field of academics and research, to hone his skills and to ensure that the best is imparted & inculcated
in the students in the optimum manner, he has been to almost all the best management institutes/universities
in India like –BHU, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Indore, MDI, ISB, etc. One example is that when he started teaching
International Business to MBA students around 2003 he realised that most of the good books are written by
foreign authors with foreign cases, which a typical average Indian student finds difficult to correlate with.
So he wrote a book entitled “International Business – Text & Cases” containing thirty two cases with each
chapter having one Indian & one foreign case for PHI Pvt Ltd.
h To his credit he has two successfully completed research projects -one AICTE-UNDP-CII-MDI case writing
project on Corporate Social Responsibility (2003-04) and another of UP government on Study of CSR
practices of Important Industrial Organisations operating in Bareilly and nearby region (2016-18).Till now
he has presenteded/published around 70 research papers and articles and successfully guided eight Ph.D.
scholars. More than 150 MBA projects have been guided by him.
h He has also been involved in the field of promotion of online learning and distance education by way of
developing study material for them. He has developed e-learning modules for MHRD (e-Pathshala), Self
Learning Material for UPRT Open University, Allahabad, Self Learning Material for Uttarakahnd Open
University,etc.Apart from this he has conducted workshops for lower, middle & top level management
professionals; delivered lectures for technocrats; organized FDPs/Workshops/lecture series/Webinars, etc;
and acted as Resource Person/Chairman at various seminars/conferences/workshops.

h Presently he is carryingout different important administrative assignments of the University like:- Dean
– Faculty of Management, Head – Department of Business Administration, Head – Department of Hotel
Management & Catering Technology, Coordinator – RUSA, MJPRU, Bareilly, Coordinator – NAAC Steering
Committee of University, Coordinator - IQAC of MJPRU, Bareilly.

h Apart from above he is Promoter Director ofRIF- A Section 8 Company promoted by University, Vice President
– Rohilkhand University Alumni Association, Bareilly, Member of BOS of different Universities, Member of
Faculty Board, Member of University Academic Council, Expert Member of many Selection Committees of
different Universities, etc. He is also Expert Member ofNAAC Peer Team.
