h Prof. (Dr.) Tulika Saxena is B.Sc, MBA , Ph.D, D.Litt in Management, University of Lucknow.
She has been serving in academics for last 20 years in various Institutions of Repute
including projects at IIM Lucknow. She is actively involved in Research, Corporate Training,Incubation,
Consultancies, Conducting MDPs, FDPs and HRD Workshops in Govt. and Private, Social &Rural Sectors. She
has developed E- content and Courses related to HRM & OB and has added various experimental projects
to teaching laboratory like: Psychometric Testing, Business Games, Live Projects, Role Plays, Simulation
Exercises etc. She is also discharging various administrative, academic & other specialized responsibilities
in various capacities in the University System. She is recipient of various awards in academics, research,
sports,literaryandculturalareas,withPrabhakar in Kathak Dance. She is an active member of AIMA, ICA, LMA,
KPC, NHRD, ISAPS and UPUEA, Harvard Business Publishing Education, Boards & Councils etc. She is an
editor and member of various editorial boards and framed policy documents at university level also. She has
contributed more than 200 empirical papers,cases, articles, chapters in leading national and international
journals, books, proceedings &presentations at national and international Levels. She has more than 80
invited lectures &events as resource person, chairperson, expert, keynote speaker, three patents issued and
various books authored and edited to her credit. She has supervised doctoral theses and research projects
of MBA theses. She has attended and organized various events, courses and training programmes.
