Interest Area and Specialization:
h My area of specialization is Marketing & Human Resource Management. Paper taught
in the area of Marketing are Consumer Behaviour, Sales and Distribution Management
and Retailing and the paper taught in HRM area are Management Concept and Skill
Development, Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.

Profile:
h Professor P.B Singh is M.B.A and PhD from MJPRU Bareilly. He possessed more than three decades of
teaching experience and he working as Professor more than 13 years. He has worked in the capacity of Head
& Dean and presently he holds the position of Dean Student Welfare of MJPR. Besides this he is served as
member of Executive Council, Academic Council, Convener RDC, BOS, Coordinator PhD Course Work, Nodal
Officer Scholarship etc. He has served for few months as Finance Officer (running) of the University. He is
member of IQAC and peer team member of NAAC and AICTE. He has completed foreigner assignment of
Ministry of Education Ethiopia (Africa) funded by World Bank for two year as Professor in Jimma university
Jimma. Regarding his academics and research he has completed 2 UGC projects and 1 major project of UP
Government under scheme of Centre of Excellence. He has in his credit more than 83 papers published in
various National and International Journals. He has authored 1 book; develop 2 SLMs for universities in
India and 2 for university in Ethiopia. He is in the editorial board of two reputed journals in India and is active
& Charter Member of ICA, ITHM, ISTE. He has been conferred with two best paper awards in International
Conference one in National Conference, Global Hospitality Award and Dronacharya Award. He has more than
30 invited lectures as Resource Person, Key Note Speaker, experts and has chaired various technical session
in National and International Conferences/Seminar. He has supervised nine doctoral thesis and more than
hundred MBA projects. In addition to this he has organized ISTE, AICTE, DST sponsored training programs for
students and teachers.
