h Specialization: Food and Beverages (Food services and Beverage services)
h Have been teaching the above subject since 1997 in all semester of the Hotel Management curriculum, Beside
teaching the theory side of the subject also assist the other F&B faculty in taking the practical session which
is more important as the curriculum is practical/skill oriented. With the help of F&B Service faculty have held
live demonstration of Gueridon Service of Flambe dishes as well as have held cocktail and mocktail session
for the benefit of BHM & CT students.
h Being in charge of F&B services and production lab also co-ordinate with the production faculty in menu
planning/ conduct of food production practical. We have also encourage the students of all semester to
initiate new/ lost recipes for the benefit of all students.
h For the above organized several workshop and webinar on the F&B Service and Food Production with the
assistance of the faculty.
